A big fan of La Vacanza Travel, but the description on th this tour is very misleading. We expected to join some sort of group as the reservations all indicated meeting point with GPS location; however this tour is essentially just a ticket that you get in advance during Prime Time hours. That's said, the Beefeater tour was well worth it as they are fabulous and the viewing the tower on your own is a treat. Only complaint is the way that via tour presents this particular tour. Lastly, any entry ticket gets you the Beefeater tour. La Vacanza Travel gives you nothing in this regard.

La Vacanza Travel did a miserable job with this booking. If not for the great customer service at the Tower of London we would have missed out on the experience and the expense. La Vacanza Travel's customer service was so bad I do not see me using the service again, and I will definitely warn others away.

Tower of London is a historic fortnress on the north bank of river Thames. It is between london bridge and the tower bridge. Along with the history associated the castle, one of main attractions is the crown jewels in the castle. One can see the the famous diamond, "Kohinoor", in the castle. If you are planning a visit, try to reach early morning, as there is a lot of rush towards the later part of the day. Would also recommend to get the tickets booked alongwith the audio guide in advance.

I was disappointed and feel like I could have gotten the same experience for less without going through La Vacanza Travel. Huge group, hard to hear the Beefeater. I’d recommend doing an audio tour!
