Tour was great fun and our guide Eva was excellent at sharing information and enhancing the experience. The meeting spot was slightly tricky to find and others in the group also said this. This was described as a "bus tour" but you actually go on a coach and get off at 3 locations. I struggle with mobilty and found there to be a fair amount of (very quick) walking and standing.

We are the kind of people who never do bus tours when travelling but I thought the mix of seeing London and Potter sights was perfect, especially with lazy kids! I wasn't wrong either. Personally I enjoyed it more than the trip to the studios. Probably down to the tour guide who did a fantastic job.

The guide (excellent) made magic to have us enternained for the 3 hours. We were expecting more locations on H.Potter. You could show more videos of the movies to locate the spots, music of the movies etc. Positive is the tour in bus for central London which enables to see main attractions of the city

Firstly the tour guide- Ben- was lovely and this is not a personal reflection on him. However, as a potter head I was bitterly disappointed ☹️. I started to grade the tour out of 10 and decided that points would be deducted based upon the experience and quality. Within the first two minutes it went 9/10 as the tour guide showed up with nothing remotely wizardry apart from a wand which he used to direct us- minimum effort really especially when there were small children and grown adults who would have appreciated a robe or some sort of reference to the franchise. There were points of interest and Ben was engaging with facts about the city of London. We stopped and got off to visit ‘the leaky cauldron’ well it’s now an opticians but if you wanted to stand and have your photo taken by an opticians then feel free 8/10 ☹️. We moved on to the millennium bridge where we could stop and take photos of chewing gum! Painted artistically I may add- this was actually a nice photo opportunity as tower bridge could be seen in the background. During the guided tour, mini video clips are played which share a snippet of insider information which has already been shared by the guide 😒 they are also widely available on YouTube. After a while we disembark again for the excitement of the ministry of magic, we are taken to a beautiful part of London right next to Scotland Yard to see WHERE THE PHONEBOX USED TO BE! I mean really! This took the score down to a 6/10, brutal but would you want your photo taken with an empty space? However, it took a turn for the best when the tour guide pointed out the wall where Ron played look out waiting for the Aurors from the MOfM. So if you wanted your picture taken next to said wall there is plenty of opportunity for this 5/10- had to walk away as was now feeling very annoyed. The lovely driver then took us past St Paul’s where we discussed the phoenix on the front of the historical building- again photo opportunity and further driving past the Australia embassy where Gringotts was based- we did not get off and you could not go inside ☹️. Not their fault so I did not deduct points for this. However, returning back to kings Cross station we stood at platform 4 and 5 to be shown a picture of a wall- a fake wall- which was used in the filming. Needless to say 2/10 is being generous which makes me sad as the people were genuinely lovely however it also makes me mad 😡 because I paid good money for this tour to enjoy as HP is a big part of my life- I feel they are ripping off potterheads. My advice save your money and go to Warner Bros studios.
