  • Access to the inner circle of stones may be prohibited in wet weather conditions for health and safety reasons. On these occasions we still include a guided tour of Stonehenge beyond the outer walkway, normally roped off to the public.
  • At certain times, due to the long summer daylight hours, it is not possible to see the actual sunrise or sunset. The tour arrives as early/late as possible to enjoy the private tour inside the stones
  • Please note that as the access time to Stonehenge changes by season, the order of the itinerary may change.

Pete was a fantastic guide. He was entertaining and very informative. It was wonderful having a guide so passionate about his subject. He was also helpful with other recommendations. We got lucky, and almost missed seeing Stonehenge because of a car accident blocking the road. Thankfully, they had the foresight to leave Bath a little early, so we were able to make it, even with a 30 minute detour. I highly recommend this tour. Seeing the stones up close was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The experience was amazing! Our start time was 5:30am and we arrived at 5:10. Were greeted by your guide, Frank, who was amazing! We left a little late waiting for a person to arrive but they never showed up. Our driver was Ricardo who was also very amazing and ensured we arrived places on time and without slamming breaks or driving crazy. Frank is by far the best guide I have ever experienced. He made us laugh and really taught us a lot.

Frank, the tour guide, is so funny and knowledgeable. The whole experience is worth it. The only think I would change is the option to go to Wiltshire castle.

My grandson(Ryan age 21) and I did the tour and it was terrific.We met Andrew in the right time and place and he turned out to be great. Lots of stories and jokes and good explanations for everything. Henry VIII was our driver and was terrific, especially with all the rain we had. We did Bath(not raining yet) and it was really good. We wished we had a little more time. We next went to Stonehenge and thats when the rain started and wind also. It was pretty cold, but we were pretty well prepared and we loved it. Noone was there except for a Stonehenge Guide, Chris, who was outstanding and so knowledgeable. It was great without all the people around. We then went to Lacock and ate at the King George's Inn (1361). The food was good, atmosphere was good and the Inn was wonderful. Unfortuately it was pourin and we didn't see much of the town as it was nicer to have another beer. The town was where Harry Potter was filmed. It was still a great day for us.
