The pass was purchased for skip the line but when at Madame Tusad attraction counter said that pass does not have skip the line option in it and had to upgrade it with £15 per person (X3). Not fair and I don't know whom to blame. Is it La Vacanza Travel mistake or the attraction.

The email confirmation I got from La Vacanza Travel was not accepted by the London Explorer Pass Office in London as it was incomplete. I have to call La Vacanza Travel to explain my predicament. Even the customer service was not getting a reply from the pass coordinator. Eventually, I let La Vacanza Travel talked to the pass customer representative so they would be the one to fix the problem. After an hour, we got our pass.
