We usually use the Hop On Hop Off Bus but on this trip used the Toot bus and were not disapointed. Similar route and Bus so we did not see much difference the Audio was sometimes difficult to use but as we had been to London before we did not use it much. The level of service from the staff was great as they made sure we knew where to go when we left the bus to get to our destination.

Very disappointed! Buses are 60+ minutes apart, that is if they show up at all. Had to take several taxis and a subway ride when they didn’t show up. The app is useless for tacking buses as it is incorrect more that it’s correct. The 15 minute layover at certain stops doesn’t help either. Audio rarely worked and was mostly music. Go elsewhere, don’t even bother!

Did this tour today and was sadly very disappointed. The busses were often very run down with headphones only working partially or not at all and the audio stations in the bus itself only rarely working on first try. The audio guide itself consisted of mostly waiting music that made up at least more than half of the time and the information that we got about what we saw wasn't at all syncronized and only very little. Furthermore the audio would sometimes abruptly stop. When this happened often only a few seconds passed until a completely different audio played or for the previous audio to continue but at a later point. At the drop off locations themselves you also had to wait moderately long for a bus to come while other companies had like 5 busses coming in the mean time, which were mostly from the establishment 'Big Bus' with who we had already made great experiences in other cities. All of this was very unpleasent and disappointing. All in all we had the impression that we were only driven through the routes while barely given any information or context on what where or who we were seeing.

Nice bus tour but horribly lousy guidance. There is an app as well that we also used in parallel - however it did not make the siuation better. Too expensive for just a ride, worthless guiding. The driver could easily have complemented with a couple of words, but no - tapes with too little informaion and not in sync with the tour is what we got.

Trip was nice. Sound system poor, ports for earbuds either broken or poor connectivity. Had to change seats to get audio. App for routes is hard to load and navigate. Real time info not found. Luckily I was not too far from a stop by chance.
