This cooking school offers hands-on beginner cooking classes, vegetarian, Halal, fruit carving and team building events. The English & Chinese-speaking Thai chefs will teach you Thailand's most famous meals in our comfortable and scenic classrooms which are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Patong Beach in Kathu.

What Can You Expect?

Discover Thai culture as you learn to cook during this hands-on culinary lesson. Experienced local chefs take you to a market to pick out fresh ingredients, then guide you through the preparation and making delectable dishes. Afterward, you can even taste your sumptuous creations for yourself.

Of course, our air conditioned Phuket cooking school is one of the best in the area, and we always make sure that you are given all the help and support you need throughout the process. Our Thai cookery school will also help you to refine any skills that you have at the moment while showing you plenty of hints and tips that some of the finest chefs in the industry use. Had an great experience learning about the produces and ingredients along with the cooking a few dishes. The course is well timed and perfect for amateur cooks and tourists. I would have given it a 5/5 if I had learnt and made the paste then. But again I am not really complaining about it.

We absolutely loved our experience at the Thai Cooking Academy! We started at the market learning more about local ingredients. We loved this class because we were both able to choose our own separate dishes! We each cooked 4 different dishes & learned a lot about cooking Thai food. We would highly recommend anyone coming to Phuket to do this class. They have a morning and afternoon option & it was just a few hours!
