Overview

With Paddle Phuket you get to see a side of Phuket that not many tourists get to see. Tan is a very personable guide and enjoys sharing details of his culture and history with guests, often stopping along the way to explain farming techniques or points of interest. The tours are very flexible and Tan is great at tailoring the trip to the customers preference, rather than following a set itinerary. Get out and about amongst nature, try something new and have special memories to take home from your holiday!

What Can You Expect?

After being picked up from your accommodation, you will travel to the east coast of Phuket. Your stand up paddle board tour will start from a small local village, away from any other tourists. Tan will give you a briefing and instruction, then you get on the board and off you go! Tan will lead you through the mangroves on a very calm river, then head out into Phang Nga bay and visit a local fishing village. Tan is very flexible and tailors the tours to meet the customers preferences. It is essential all customers can swim, as you may fall off the board in deep water.

    Tan and his team went above and beyond to accomodate for me and my mum. We had a last min booking and Tan found a perfect beach for beginner SUP. This was the best thing we did during our Phuket trip. Nice and relaxing. Also thanks for the plentiful snacks. Real warm Thai hospitality :) highly recommend.

    An amazing tour. Tan is incredibly friendly, chatty and energetic. He taught me how to paddle and took care of me throughout the journey. He provided amzing snacks and drinks too. It was by far my favourite tour during my Thailand trip. I will definitely do it again in the future. I highly recommend it!

    We had a wonderful experience with Tan & Kate. They picked us up promptly at our hotel, and pointed out things of interest during the drive. They provided delicious fresh mangos, and Thai energy bars, aka, tasty sweet rice in a banana leaf. Once on the SPUs, we were guided through the mangroves which are canals of unique tropical coastal vegetation . The water water was very calm and enjoyable to paddle through. Our hosts provided freshly cut open coconuts to drink after! We loved the whole experience.
