Small Group... 43+ People...? My daughter and I fell ill the night before our trip and asked the hotel to assist with moving the trip out a day. My daughter was still ill by the following afternoon so we asked to move it one more time - doubt the other guests would have appreciated a vomiting person the whole ride. Based on their friendly assistance, we though we might be lucky with an operator. Upon reaching the Tour Operator (outsourced) we just saw people dropped off by the bus load... upon aslinfor confirmation of our booked package as a " Small Tour" we were told there will be around 43 people on our tour boat... and we should take it up with the Booking Agent. The agent told us we have already moved it out twice and they were accommodating.. and that we got what we paid for.... we kept referring to the booking confirmation and ad page confirming SMALL Group - they did not even apologise. Tour was average overall - we also booked for the 3 Snorkelling spots as described in the booking hut only had 1 opportunity as our snorkels were taken from us after the 2nd stop where we were told we can swim. The last stop was at Koh Khai Nai we were told we have around 1 hour to explore before heading back to the boat - no mention that we could snorkel nor gear offered and we would not even as it was crowded with boats and jet ski's and a small stretch for swimming...
