Simplify the art of Thai cuisine in this cooking class with Chef Care.

From appetizer to dessert, learn how to create the famous flavors of Thailand in this hands-on culinary experience curated by Chef Care. Each course is brimming with fresh ingredients and smart cooking techniques you'll use on repeat.

What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

We will start the day with a local fresh market tour to shop for ingredients, try some Thai fruit, dessert and snack. After a market tour, we will go back to the cooking studio.
When you arrive, we will serve a welcome drink (lemongrass tea with honey) as refreshment.
After that, I will introduce the main ingredients including vegetables, spices, and herbs.
Then we will start preparing and cooking 4 different authentic Thai dishes.
Afterwards, you will enjoy your own Thai cooking dishes. We also have a souvenir for you. It is a Thai cooking set (including herbal curry paste and seasoning) for you to cook your Thai food at home.
What we will cook:
1) Soup: Spicy soup with Thai herbs (Tom Yum Goong)
2) Curry: Massaman curry with chicken (Gang Massaman Ghai)
3) Stir-fry: Stir-fried Rice Noodles with shrimp (Pad Thai Goong)
4) Dessert: Mango with sticky rice (Khaow Neaw Ma Muang)
- Our class is a small group with a maximum of 4 people.
- If there are any Thai dishes you want to learn, you can tell me in advance. So, I can arrange for you.
- If you have any allergies, please let me know. I will prepare a set for you separately.　
- Free transfer in Patong area is available.

    A lovely private experience. The maximum booking is 4 people, but that morning it was only me and my partner. We got to go to the market and cook 4 Thai dishes, with thorough explanation and demonstration throughout. The venue is a small, bright and modern studio kitchen. Care was friendly and even dropped us back to our hotel nearby afterwards. You will certainly enjoy this if you love cooking! Thank you so much Care :)

    This was an authentic experience. Chef Care was lighthearted and witty and communicated very well. The visit to the market was an highlight while the cooking experience was fun and amazing and a genuine cultural experience. We left feeling such gratitude…truly amazing!     Let me tell you about an amazing cooking class experience that my group of four from San Antonio, Texas had during our trip to Phuket. We were looking for a private class that could accommodate us because one friend has a severe shellfish allergy, and that's when we found Chef Care. And let me tell you, it was the best decision we made! Chef Care was not only attentive to our needs but also made necessary adjustments to the recipes to cater to our preferences. Her cheerful and fun personality made the class even more enjoyable. We loved how knowledgeable she was about the ingredients and techniques, and she answered all our questions with ease.     Delicious Thai cooking experience in private setting. Nice market tour and tasting different fresh fruits, but it was difficult to understand and remember the different fruit names. Very friendly and knowledgeable host but expected a little more for the price.
