The service was good to help avoid the long queue for tickets. We did have some confusion as actual tickets are not sent until the day of going. Had to go to a few ticket windows to straighten out. But once we found the tickets with the QR codes, we were fine. Once inside, we did opt for upgrading our tickets for the “Aquapass” which allowed you to skip the lines at each water attraction. It was well worth it. Queues were very long for some of the water rides. We went right to the front of the queue. Also, Atlantis has a mobile app. Worth downloading before going and linking your credit card to your app account. When you go into Atlantis, you are provided a wrist band that you use to check in for each ride. But it also allows you to then link your wristband to your app account. This allows you to pay for drinks, foods, souvenirs with your wrist band instead of carrying cash and a credit card with you. You are going in water attractions. So carrying a credit card and cash are difficult. They do provide a changing room. You can rent a locker to store your items and towels. You can go back to the locker as often as you wish. If you forget towels, you can rent them too. They also give you free aqua socks. Well worth getting to prevent scratches in the rivers as well as prevent your feet from exposure to the hot pavement and walk ways. Tickets also included the aquarium. That was amazing! If you have been to the Atlantis in Bahamas, the aquarium at Dubai is bigger.
