    Would not recommend if travelling with young kids. Long waiting time ( >2 hours) for dune bashing alone as operator dropped us at ATV activities camp side where other operators try to upsell us ATV ride and other activities. Also multiple vehicles transfer/change to camp site for dinner and dune bashing . Dinner at campsite was very underwhelming. Nothing VIP about the dinner or rides. Need to top up to VVIP dinner section if need to access buffet line easily instead of crowding with the hundreds of people at the “VIP” dinner section which is the main area. Also Falcon experience is payable if need to take photo .

    El guía no hablaba el idioma español y apenas hablaba inglés, contraté un paquete con todos los eventos que ofrecen incluidos y me querían cobrar todo adicional, al momento de pasar por nosotros llegó en una van vieja y sin cinturones de seguridad e iba a exceso de velocidad, poniendo en riesgo a todos porque llego tarde a más de 140 km/h, nos llevó a un lugar que no era el destino final para hacer compras de mercancía y una zona donde habían otros servicios que no estaban en nuestro paquete y nos ofrecía tomarlos con costo el cual nos decía al final, el paseo por las dunas fue solo de 10 min y después de eso nos llevó al lugar donde comenzaba el tour que contraté alrededor de las 5 pm, cuando el sol ya había bajado y no pudimos caminar sobre el desierto ni hacer las actividades que realmente compré como el sandbording, el paseo con el camello, al llegar al lugar tampoco nos querían dar el paso vip que teníamos y querían cobrarnos todo adicional, en fin, lo que se esperaba como una gran aventura en familia terminó siendo el peor tour que he contratado, exijo un reembolso y que investiguen bien a las empresas que ofrecen estos servicios
