Javier was so knowledgeable, friendly, and so passionate about the work. It was terrific. We will return and ask for Javier again!

My girlfriend and I did a private tour with a gentleman (I wish I could remember his name!!) that was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and super passionate about Spain and the Palace. He (politely) reminded many tourists about no the no photo policy, which is a strict rule. Only about 1% is open to the public but there is SO much detail in each room. Without him we wouldn’t have appreciated any of it. If you at all enjoy history, art, or want to get a sense of the mingling of cultural influence on Spain (eg from Italy and France especially) this is a great tour and absolutely worth the price. Walking through there alone is still cool but you won’t be able to appreciate any of the details. Highly recommend.
This was overpriced for a one hour tour with a guide who didn’t speak English well enough to easily understand.
