The tour guide was good and very knowledgeable. She was very enthusiastic and genuinely interested to get the message across
The Royal Palace was a really nice place to visit. Our tour guide was awesome. I purchased yours in English yet at the Prado Museum they had us incorrectly in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish. So this tour was no good.
We booked the tour and they didn’t appear. After almost 2 hours waiting and trying to reach them, a guide told us the tour had been canceled and they didn’t inform us. They offered about her tour 2 days later and we arrived 45 minutes earlier. Again nobody appeared. They read the WhatsApp messages and didn’t answer or replied the phone calls. We lost again 2 hours and had no tour. We could have had a tour with get your guide, La Vacanza Travel or Civitatis and in the end it is left Madrid without the guided tour. They are unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful liars… just criminals! Don’t book with them!!! Unprofessional and liars. Disrespectful!
Absolutely terrible communication. Worst experience with tour company ever. No communication from La Vacanza Travel. Freelance tour guide mystery texts with changing time and location. Worst ever.
We were 4 minutes late to the meeting point, since we knew were running late, we tried to contact the tour company, they didn’t answered, when they finally answered they said it was too late! We went directly to the palace get our tickets with guided tour for 28 euros instead of 48 that we paid here.
