Begin the trip with a pick-up from the airport, railway station, hotel or another desired location in Delhi and you will be taken to Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal via a 3-hour drive on the expressway. Upon arrival to Agra, you will check in to your hotel

After getting refreshed, proceed to the magnificent monument Taj Mahal. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, to house the tomb of his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

After visiting the Taj Mahal, explore the Agra Fort, yet another UNESCO World Heritage site. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal dynasty till 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi.

Later proceed to the Itmad-Ud-Daulah Tomb which is popularly known as Baby Taj.

Stop At: Fatehpur Sikri, Fatehpur Sikri, Agra District, Uttar Pradesh
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Jaipur. On the way, visit Fatehpur Sikri - a UNESCO World Heritage site. Red sandstone buildings cluster at its center. Buland Darwaza gate is the entrance to Jama Masjid Mosque. Nearby is the marble Tomb of Salim Chishti.

Day 3: Jaipur - Local sightseeing and Delhi departure

Meet the tour guide and proceed to visit the Amber Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Amber Fort is well-known for its artistic style of Hindu elements and has cobbled paths, a series of gates and large ramparts.

Later, proceed to visit the City Palace. The Palace houses museums with an array of textiles, costumes, weapons and paintings in a complex of courtyards, gardens and buildings right in the center of the Old City. The outer wall was built by Jai Singh II but within it the palace has been enlarged and adapted over the centuries.

Next, visit Jal Mahal near the cenotaphs of the maharanis of Jaipur. Beautifully situated in the watery expanse of Man Sagar, this is a dreamlike palace. Its origins are uncertain but it was believed to have been extensively restored if not built by Jai Singh II in 1734.

Continue by visiting Hawa Mahal, a monument known as the Palace of Winds, which is considered as one of the most highly praised landmarks in Jaipur.

In the end, visit the World Heritage Site Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory that dates back to the 1700s. Jantar Mantar is an observatory begun by Jai Singh II in 1728 that resembles a collection of bizarre giant sculpture
