Stop At: Mylapore, Chennai (Madras) India

Next drive to Mylapore, the most traditional neighbourhood of Chennai that is considered to be its cultural hub. Visit Kapaleeswarar temple. The temple is dedicated to the Hindu God Shiva. It is built in the traditional Dravidian style with a brightly coloured gopuram (top of the temple), several pillared pavilions and a large water tank.
