You also get to go bird watching while on the safari as the reserve is home to more than 220 species of birds with migratory birds from Europe, Central Asia, and other regions. Sariska Tiger Reserve is a tiger reserve in Alwar district, Rajasthan, India. It stretches over an area of 881 km² comprising scrub-thorn arid forests, dry deciduous forests, grasslands, and rocky hills. This area was a hunting preserve of the Alwar state and was declared a wildlife reserve in 1955.

Great service for booking. Although it says it’s private you’ll probably be with a few more people but it’s still small. In addition, you’ll probably be with educated English speaking Indians who can help translate in some instances. TF Holidays was easy to book. We stayed at Trees N Tigers resort near Alwar but they still picked us up and drove to the Sariska gate (about 20 minutes) where the guide was waiting. We saw two tigers which is rare and many different animals. TF Holidays does an amazing job of organizing with payments via credit card and PayPal.
