Day 1: Arrival to Srinagar - Mughal Gardens, Shikara Ride
Stop At: Dal Lake, Boulevard Rd, Srinagar 190001 India
You will be received at Srinagar Airport and transferred to a Deluxe Houseboat in Dal Lake. Welcome drink on check in, later in the day you will be visiting Nishat , Shalimar and Cheshma Shahi Gardens. In the evening enjoy shikara ride in the lake.

Nishat Bagh is the biggest terraced Mughal Garden in the Valley, its name in urdu means ‘Garden of Joy’. Rightly called the garden of joy it in located on the banks of the famous Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountain Range in the background. The garden was built by Asif khan, brother of Empress Nur Jahan in 1633.

Shalimar Garden, meaning ‘Abode of Love’ was built by Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Nur Jahan in 1619. The garden is linked with Dal Lake through a channel starting from Shalimar Bagh and entering Dal Lake in the north east. The garden is divided into three terraces and a water channel named Shah Nahar flows in the middle of the garden and feeds the many fountains of the garden, after flowing out of Shalimar Bagh the channel empties into Dal Lake through a mile long channel.

The garden was constructed around the spring by the Mughal Governor Ali Mardan Khan in 1632. It was commissioned by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his eldest son, Dara Sikoh. In the east of Chashma Shahi the Pari Mahal (Fairy Palace) lies where Dara Sikoh used to learn astrology.The garden is 108 m long and 38 m wide and is spread over one acre of land. It is the smallest garden among the three Mughal gardens of Srinagar; the Shalimar garden is the largest and the Nishat garden is the second largest. All the three gardens were built at the right bank of the Dal Lake, with Zabarwan mountains (Zabarwan Range) at the backdrop.

Pari Mahal or Peer Mahal, also known as The Palace of Fairies, is a seven-terraced garden located at the top of Zabarwan mountain range, overlooking the city of Srinagar and the south-west of Dal Lake in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is an example of Islamic architecture and patronage of art during the reign of the then Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.

Day 2: Gulmarg
Stop At: Gulmarg, Gulmarg, Baramulla District, Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir
Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers” Discovered by the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16th century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild flowers. Gulmarg also boasts of having a Cable Car known as Gulmarg Gondola, which has 2 phases the first one taking you from Gulmarg to Kongdori, on the left of which is a beautiful meadow and on the right side you can walk to Khilanmarg (meadow of blossoms). In winter Gulmarg looks more beautiful due to heavy snow fall. And turns into India's premier Ski resort in winter .Gulmarg has one of the best ski slopes in the world and highest golf course with 18 holes.

Day 3: Pahalgam

Aru is a village, tourist spot in the Anantnag District of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It lies 53km from Anantnag city, the district headquarter. It is located around 12 km from Pahalgam, 11 km upstream from the Lidder River. Noted for its scenic meadows, lakes and mountains, it is a base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier, Tarsar Lake, Marsar and Herbaghwan Lake. The village lies on the left bank of the Aru river, which is a tributary of the Lidder river.[5] Jammu & Kashmir’s biggest Fodder Seed Product Station is also located in the Aru village.

Betaab valley, originally called as Hajan Valley or Hagan Valley is situated at a distance of 15 km (9.3 mi) from Pahalgam in Anantnag district in India's union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The valley got its name from the Sunny Deol-Amrita Singh hit debut film Betaab (1983).[1] The Valley is towards northeast of Pahalgam and falls between Pahalgam and Chandanwadi and is en route Amarnath Temple Yatra. The valley surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountains and covered with dense vegetation.

Day 4: Sonmarg
Stop At: Sonmarg, Sonmarg, Ganderbal District, Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir
Sonamarg or Sonmarg, known as Sonamarag in Kashmiri, is a hill station located in the Ganderbal District of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It is located about 62 Kilometers from Ganderbal Town and 80 kilometres northeast of the capital city, Srinagar. Sonamarg had historical significance as a gateway on the ancient Silk Road, connecting Jammu and Kashmir with Tibet. Today, the hill station is a popular tourist destination amongst fishers and hikers

Thajiwas Glacier is a natural beauty. Large expanse of snow dotted with snow covered trees. Huge clearing where people are busy sledging, skiing, eating Maggi or just enjoying the mesmerizing 360 degree view. Trail to Thajiwas Glacier is about 3 km and starts from the main road. It is easily walk-able if you are generally fit or you can hire a pony. Climb is relatively easier.

Day 5: Departure
